This robot includes a webcam and it can be assembled as we wished to make it like Johny5 (shorts circuit movie). It's futured wifi, a microphone and speakers, spotslight, infra-red detectors and a recharge station. It goes to its recharge station as to reload itself when its battery is flat. It is much less expensive than Aibo. Due to my tight schedule, this post was delayed. Sorry to my dear readers.<br /><br /><br /><br />The themes for Robocon competition for this year is " Halong Bay Discovery". The international event will be held in Vietnam on mid-August (if i'm not mistaken) 2007. The national event was being held in Dectar-UKM on 25th to 29th May 2007. 59 teams from 30 difference higher education institutions all over Malaysia participated in this national annual event. UniKL-MFI is one of the contestant who has sent 3 of their strongest teams - Unikl A, Unikl B and Unikl C. <br /><br />To cut it short....all of our teams qualified to the second round (16 teams remaining) but unfortunately only 1 team (Unikl C) qualified to quater final. We did lost to UTM team. Although we lost to them, the team has shown their spirit of team work and able to compete with the 'expert' teams like UTM and MMU. So, to UTM and MMU, next year watch out for us.... we will rock you!! The champion and the 1st runner up were the UTM's team (as usual. <br /><br />Although this year achievement is not as good as last year ( last year we obtain 3rd place!), the teams have shown much of improvement. The strategy was great and the team work is getting better. Desakan demi desakan....pertanyaan demi pertanyaan dan harapan berganti harapan...syukur semua itu telah mendorong saya membina ruangan blog ini.
